Print to DynaFile 

As a best practice, you would only Print to DynaFile if you had no other way to save something as an electronic file. For instance, a background check on a website that you cannot download.

Printed images sent to DynaFile can be 10-20 times larger than documents added to the system in their native format. Use this option sparingly so you can conserve your storage space in the system.
