Common Access Rights

Below are two examples of Access Rights that are typically assigned to DynaFile Users.


Admin

Admin users have control over the entire system.

They can:

  • Add to Delete All Document Type group
  • Select All User Rights
  • Select All Document Actions


Employee

Employees are able to do a variety of user rights and document actions in the system.

They can:

  • Add to modify all document type groups
  • Select All User Rights, except View Admin Level Reports, User Administration, and File Administration.
  • Select All Document Actions
