The Public Upload option is the best method for one to upload files into DynaFile, but not have access to view files within the system. This page is a most convenient way to securely upload a document into your site. 

Users can upload without having a user account and they are able to specify which office will be notified of the file. The administrator for that office will then receive an email, where they can view and then Index the document into DynaFile.
