Sharing Documents

DynaFile gives users many different options to share documents, including internally and externally. Depending on the number of documents, file size and sensitivity of information, the system will have a sharing solution for you.


Email Document

Email Document will allow you to send an email with the attached document.


Document Links 

This will allow you to send a direct link to the document. Document Links are best used with large documents as it keeps your file stored securely in DynaFile, but allows access to whomever has the link. Private links will require authentication by signing in as a DynaFile user prior to them viewing the document.

Fax Document

You can Fax a document directly from DynaFile using eFax, with no need for a fax machine. There is a separate cost per page and a fax cover sheet configuration is required. 


Document Portal

This gives you the ability to share information with specific people or groups. Implement custom Access Rights for the appropriate Files, Folders, Document Types, Users or User Groups.

Drop Box

Drop Box can be used as a way to share files without indexing them first. Passwords can be set to protect access for downloading files or creating Public Links. This is a great option that can be used as an office junk folder or a secure email replacement for external users. The items in Drop Box can be Registered at any time, but while they are in Drop Box, they are not associated with any employee.
