Barcode Cover Pages
DynaFile uses separators known as Barcode Cover Pages for large files. The barcode automatically will index the documents in the correct location for you when it's scanned into the system.
Data Cover Page
A Data Cover Page must be printed for each file folder you are scanning to DynaFile. The cover page must be the first page in the scanning packet when using Barcode Scanning. This Data Cover Page will tell the system where the contents of the documents will be stored.
For example, you want to scan an entire employee file into DynaFile. Since all documents inside the employee file will be classified under Employee Name, this Data Cover Page would include information for this particular Employee. All documents within this file will be classified under the employee.
Document Type Cover Page
Document Type Cover Pages are generic and reusable. They are typically printed out on heavier-weight, light yellow-colored paper. It can be easily used if left by the office scanner in a master packet. Document Type Cover Pages are used to separate the different types of documents in your scanning packet. DynaFile will automatically read these barcodes and file them in the correct locations.
For example, you'd like to scan an entire Employee file into DynaFile. Since the file has sections such as Onboarding, Performance, Benefits, etc. you would add a Document Type Cover Page in the front of each of these sections.

End Pages are also generic and reusable. They tell DynaFile that the scanning packet is finished.
